The Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on 

September 16, 2020, 6:30PM, 2551 Mount Vernon Road

to consider a variance request.

The property owner located at 3345 Welsh Hills Road is requesting a variance to access a landlocked 13.7 acre parcel for agricultural use. Township zoning requires 200ft of frontage for parcels in AG zoning districts and the variance is requesting 90ft access (frontage).
