******NOTICE*******

The Newton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing for a variance request on November 12, 2025, 6:30 p.m. at the Township Hall located at 2551 Mt. Vernon Road. The property owner located at 5115 McKinney Crossing has requested a variance for frontage less that the required 200ft to establish a new driveway access to the property. The frontage and new driveway access would be located off of the established cul de sac on Claygate lane that borders the 5115 McKinney Crossing property.
