The Newton Township Board of Trustees will hold their YEAR-END MEETING on
MONDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Township Hall in Vanatta, 2551 Mt. Vernon Rd., Newark.
The ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING for 2025 and the ANNUAL RECORDS COMMISSION MEETING
will immediately follow.
The FIRST REGULAR MEETING for 2025 will
be held on TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025 AT 6:30 PM (NO MEETING 1/7/25).

The Newton Township Board of Trustees will hold Special Meetings for the purpose of discussing fire department business and conducting interviews for the Newton Township Fire Department lieutenant positions. The Special Meetings will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 5:15 PM, Monday, November 18, 2024, at 5:15 PM, and Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 4:45 PM, at the Township Hall, 2551 Mount Vernon Road, Newark, OH 43055. The Board will enter into executive session under ORC 121.22(G)(1) to consider the appointment or employment of a public employee.Any changes or updates to these special meeting dates and times will be published on the Township website, www.NewtonTownshipLC.com.
