The Newton Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting for the purpose of: (1) discussing Newton Township Fire Department business, (2)reviewing Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Award, (3)possible action addressing AFG Award, (4) reviewing equipment contract and PO agreement related to AFG Award, (5) possible action addressing equipment contract and PO agreement, (6) discuss general Township business, (7) possible action to pay Township bills and warrants.

The Special Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Township Hall, 2551 Mount Vernon Road, Newark, OH 43055. Any updates or changes will be posted on the Township website: www.NewtonTownshipLC.com
